STAR-Ghana extends duration of Youth Parliament project
STAR-Ghana has announced the extension of the duration of Youth Empowerment for Life's (YEfL) project on youth participation in local governance dubbed, "Youth Parliament."
The announcement followed the decision by the Funders’ Committee and the Steering Committee of STAR-Ghana to approve a limited number of projects under the GESI-Media call to be extended for consolidation.
YEfL's project was among the 10 approved out of the 18 projects funded by EU, UKaid and Danida through STAR-Ghana over a 12-month period under the theme of "strengthening citizen engagements with district assemblies for sustainable and inclusive access to quality public goods and services".
