Jawol Vera Magan, head of the management team, is the Director of YEFL-GHANA and serves on its board of directors. Before Named the Director, Vera has rising through the ranks of the organization from been a volunteer. She is an astute development practitioner and likes to always engage young people in discussions. She has passion for reading and watching investigative movies.

Alhassan Abdul Ganiyu

Head of Programs and Technical Advisor, Youth Advocacy and Gender

Alhassan Abdul Ganiyu, a member of the management team, provide strategic direction, leadership, and management of the YEFL'S programming to ensure the establishment and successful implementation of high-quality programs serving Vulnerable young people. He likes reading and researching critical issues affecting youth.

Iddrisu Abdul-Nasir Alhassan

Grants Manager

Iddrisu Abdul-Nasiru Alhassan, a member of the management team, is in charge of YEFL accounting and administrative systems. He has worked in financial management, accounting, and administrative roles in the non-profit sector for over 12 years. He likes green environment and uses his leisure time in planting trees and playing football.

Assistant Administrative Officer

Illiasu Nadia Contributes to the administrative function of YEFL-GHANA. Over the past decade, she has provided support to ensure efficient operation of the office. She enjoys listening to religious sermons during her leisure period.

Project Officer

She is a dynamic, team spirited, and results oriented individual utilizing given opportunities to contribute to growth initiatives. As a project officer, she facilitates project activities towards achieving impactful milestones for youth development. She likes to watch movies and spend time with her family during her leisure period

Yakubu Hamdiatu

Communication Officer

As a communication officer, she facilitates the internal and external communication of the organization. She designs and documents compelling stories and communication materials on project results and the organization's policies. She likes to watch movies and stay indoors in her leisure time.

Amadu M. Kamil

Assistant Finance Officer

He supports in the finance and administrative system of YEFL-GHANA . He is responsible for the reviewing of financial documents and ensures there is proper bookkeeping for audit purposes. He likes to watch African movies during his leisure time.

Advocacy and Engagement Officer

Fathiaya N Zakari

An experienced and passionate youth leader and advocate with extensive experience in organizing and running programs, workshops and campaigns that are geared towards youth development. As an advocacy officer, she works to increase youth participation participation in decision-making spaces. She loves to hangout with friends and watch movies in her leisure time

Ndukwe Emmanuel

MEAL Officer

A Pan-African Youth Leadership Program Alumnus and Young Africa Leadership Initiative West African Fellow. He possesses expertise in Community Development, Project Management, and Advocacy. Emmanuel is dedicated to empowerment of youth, particularly in rural communities, to actively contribute to cultural, socio-economic, and political development.

Abdulai A. Razak

A result-oriented individual whose passion for farming lead him into agric-business. He has an over ten years experience in project implementation and field work. He loves to find solutions to people's problem. Also loves to watch football in his leisure time.

Project Intern

As an intern she loves to volunteer and support in planning and implementing project activities. She is passionate about reproductive health hence, served as vice president of the reproductive health club in her high school. She likes watching soap operas.

Over the past 6 years, Salifu Abdul-Ganiyu has been managing the execution of all transportation matters within the organization. He ensures that the vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements .
